Blades are produced with special nitrogen steel NITRO-B (1,4916).
The handle consists of an internal PP and indeformable core, combined with maximum safety at the steel core, and a softer external coating in SEBS.
The two materials adhere perfectly in order to form a csingle mouse to the touch.
The outer part, of grey colour, has also been designed with micro-spheres that enhance ergonomics, limiting slippery and favoring comfort.
All the materials used are non-toxic, sterilisable, suitable for washing in dishwasher, resistant to high and low temperatures and complying with the regulations in force in the matter of hygiene and food safety.
